Official fees for all services will be increased by the PTO in two stages.

The first one will begin on August 10, 2015 and contemplates an increase of 15%. The second one will start on October 1, 2015 and will add an additional increase of 10%.

Exceptionally, in the case of trademark oppositions the total increase will be in the vicinity of 45%.
